Afraid of giving your credit card information when shopping online? No problem. We understand your safety concerns. At Quality Goods Emporium, we don't see your credit card or payment information. We let PayPal take care of all of our payment processing. That way, the payment is fast, the shopping is secure, and your financial information stays safe.
Our main payment method is PayPal. Customers that wish to use a Credit Card to pay for their items, may do so through PayPal during the payment part of the checkout process.

All payment transactions occur in US dollars (USD). No other currency is accepted. We do not accept cash, money orders, or checks.

UPS is used on all orders.
- USPS is used on all P.O. Box orders (UPS does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses).
- We are located in New Jersey.
- Orders are processed and shipped immediately upon payment receipt.
- Tracking numbers are provided by email once the order is shipped.
- Customers usually receive their order in 3 to 5 business days after we ship it (may vary with customer location).

Only NEW JERSEY customers pay a sales tax of 7%. Sales tax is calculated during the checkout process.

In order to ensure that you receive the most accurate description of the products we offer, our sales team carefully assembles each product page to include detailed pictures, dimensions, and the item's physical condition.
You may return your order within 14 days of receipt. No returns are processed without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. If you wish to return an item, click HERE to email us and obtain an RMA number and further instructions. Include in the email the following information:

We will email you return instructions within 1 (one) business day of receiving your email request.
Please note that items are inspected before they are shipped. The items that you wish to return must be complete, undamaged, and in the condition in which we shipped them to you, otherwise we may deduct a 25% wear-and-tear fee from your refund.
Refunds are issued upon item receipt and inspection.
FOR ALL REFUNDS: we do not refund the original shipping & handling costs. That way, we do not need to charge a restocking fee.
FOR ALL RETURN SHIPMENTS: the shipping cost, to send the item back to us, is the responsibility of the customer.
Canceling Orders (back to top)
In the event you wish to cancel a recently submitted order, provided that we have not yet shipped the order, you may do so by emailing customer service. (CustomerService@QualityGoodsEmporium.com)
Please include as much information about your order as possible:
Upon cancellation, you will be notified via email and your payment will be refunded via PayPal in full. If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order. You will be notified of this via email if it occurs.
We do not modify orders after they are submitted (change quantities, remove items, or add items to an order). Please request to cancel an order and re-order your items if you have made a mistake.

Please note that some products are antiques, whether stated in the product description or not, and therefore may have antique type wear. Similar imperfections can be found on handmade items. If you wish to obtain more information about a product or its condition, feel free to contact customer service.
